C2i Solutions to Provide Comprehensive Year 2000 Assessment Consultation for Major International Educational Foundation.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1999--C2i Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq:CTWO), a provider of specialized information technology (IT) services for business and government, Tuesday announced that it has entered into an agreement to complete a comprehensive Year 2000 evaluation for a major New York City-based international non-profit educational foundation.

Under terms of the agreement, C2i will provide a complete Year 2000 readiness evaluation of the foundation's client-server and midrange computer systems in order to ensure a smooth transition of the organization's mission-critical systems into the new millennium. C2i will recommend a conformance plan to ensure the most efficient protocol is utilized in resolving the client's Year 2000 issues.
