C2C inc.: Joint Venture Agreement With Rio Narcea Gold Mines on the Penedono Gold Project in Portugal.

MONTREAL -- C2C inc.(TSX VENTURE:CCN) is pleased to announce that it has optioned the Penedono Gold Project from Rio Narcea Gold Mines in Portugal. In order to earn a 65% interest in the Penedono property, C2C inc. will have to pay the following:

1- An amount of 600 000 euros worth of exploration works will be
   invested to earn a 50% undivided interest following the following
   exploration cost and time schedule:
   - 150 000 euros the first year;
   - 200 000 euros the second year;
   - 250 000 euros the third year.

2- An additional 15% undivided interest can be earned by completing
   500 000 euros worth of exploration work on the property during the
   fourth and fifth years once the first 50% interest has been
   acquired.

The property has a surface area of 220 km2 where approximately 1,5 million euros worth of exploration work were completed between 1998 and 2003. Several gold occurrences were recently revealed and also in the past during the roman empire's expansion to Spain and Portugal. The auriferous occurrences are generally associated with structural metallotects consisting of faults, shears, fractures, deformation corridors with conjugate networks which would facilitate the controls of the mineralization.

All the topographic, geological, geochemical and geophysical data was compiled and diamond drilling on the best targets will start in mid-January 2005.
