Archive One Access Security Manager Audits and Manages Access Rights to Prevent Illegitimate E-mail Access

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- In response to organizations' needs to control the security of mailbox infrastructure, C2C has added Access Security Manager to its award-winning Archive One suite. With more than 40 percent of companies' employees leaving, joining or changing roles each year, e-mail permissions can become difficult to control. Access Security Manager enables administrators to audit and manage e-mail access rights to prevent illegitimate or fraudulent access to mailboxes or public folders within a Microsoft Exchange system.

Access Security Manager assures administrators that they are granting the correct access to the e-mail system, preventing malicious misuse of confidential e-mail information or unintentional access to data.
