C.H. Robinson Worldwide Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2002

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. ("C.H. Robinson") (Nasdaq:CHRW CHRW C.H. Robinson Worldwide (stock symbol) ) announced today that its Board of Directors has increased its regular quarterly cash dividend from 6 cents ($0.06) per share to 8 cents ($0.08) per share, payable on January 2, 2003 to shareholders of record on December 6, 2002. C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights.
