C.H. Robinson Worldwide Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend.


MINNEAPOLIS -- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. ("C.H. Robinson") (Nasdaq:CHRW CHRW C.H. Robinson Worldwide (stock symbol) ) announced that today its Board of Directors declared an increase to its regular quarterly cash dividend from 12 cents ($0.12) per share to 15 cents ($0.15) per share, payable on January 3, 2005, to shareholders of record on December 3, 2004.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights.
