C. V. Starr & Co. (California) Hires Jeffrey M. Hafter as Executive Vice President.


SAN FRANCISCO San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  -- C. V. Starr & Co. (California) today announced that Jeffrey M. Hafter will join the agency as Executive Vice President in charge of developing the East Coast operations under the agency's Pacific Starr of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
, Inc. entity.

In addition to focusing on the East Coast expansion of C. V. Starr, Mr. Hafter will assist the parent Company, C.V. Starr & Co., Inc., in the acquisition and development of new agencies.

Previously, Mr. Hafter, 40, led the National Accounts Division of the AIG AIG addressee indicator group (US DoD)

 Specialty Excess Unit. Prior to that, he served in various senior roles in management with both C. V. Starr & Co. (California) and AIG.
