Ronald Allen Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Aetna corporation. In 2005, he was named one of Black Enterprise's 75 Most Powerful African Americans In Corporate America.
 has joined the Company as a Senior Vice President and Domestic Marketing Director.

Williams, with more than 30 years of life and health insurance experience, has an extensive background in agency development and marketing.

His management responsibilities at Citizens will encompass direction of a new marketing program including recruitment, training and oversight of the agency force. The sales emphasis will be on living benefits through the use of capital accumulation Most generally, the accumulation of capital refers simply to the gathering or amassment of objects of value; the increase in wealth; or the creation of wealth. Capital can be generally defined as assets invested for profit. , retirement income and protection products.
