C-bridge Internet Solutions Hires Executive Vice President of i2 Technologies, Inc.; Joe Bellini Joins C-bridge as President.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--C-bridge Internet Solutions announced today that Joe Bellini has joined the company as its new President and COO. Mr. Bellini comes to C-bridge from i2 Technologies, Inc. of Irving, TX where he was Executive Vice President, Worldwide Automotive and Industrial Business Unit. Mr. Bellini will be taking over responsibilities from former President Sundar Subramaniam, who will continue to act as CEO and Chairman.

Mr. Bellini has spent over 18 years working across the Americas, Europe, and Asia specifying and directing the implementation of game changing solutions in multiple industry sectors including Manufacturing, Telecom, Utilities, Banking, Health Care, and Insurance. Prior to joining C-bridge, Mr. Bellini led sales, marketing, business solutions, and product solutions as Executive Vice President for i2 Technologies' Worldwide Automotive and Industrial Business Unit. Prior to this position, Mr. Bellini was the Worldwide Industries Vice President at i2 responsible for the development of customer value propositions, execution of supply chain opportunity assessments and development of i2's industry solutions footprint. As Industry Vice President, he led the acquisition of Optimax Corporation in Cambridge that became the foundation of i2's time to market and scheduling product portfolios.

Prior to i2, Mr. Bellini served as Senior Practice Director at Oracle Corporation. He established and subsequently directed both the Central US Manufacturing Applications Practice and the Great Lakes Regional Practice. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Bellini served as Director of Consulting, Manufacturing Business Unit at EDS. He directed both Business Development and Manufacturing Consulting, helping to first establish and then grow the Manufacturing Consulting Business Unit.
