C-Murder Responds to Indictment; Denies All Charges; Defense Claims Facts Point to Insufficient Evidence.

An indictment of second-degree murder was brought against platinum rapper, C-Murder, Thursday (February 28) for the shooting and killing of a teen in a Louisiana nightclub. C-Murder, born Corey Miller, vehemently denies all charges and will enter a plea of not guilty.

According to Millers legal defense, the following important facts in regards to this case have been uncovered and, until this time, were not made available to the public: many witnesses who were present on the night of the shooting were interviewed and have confirmed that it was NOT C-Murder they saw fire the gun. Also, the initial reports to the police via 911 calls were that the perpetrator A term commonly used by law enforcement officers to designate a person who actually commits a crime.  was unknown. In addition, the police reports from the scene stated that the perpetrator was a named teenager from the West Bank. Miller is not a teenager, never resided on the West Bank, and is a very recognizable personality, especially in his home state of Louisiana CODE, OF LOUISIANA. In 1822, Peter Derbigny, Edward Livingston, and Moreau Lislet, were selected by the legislature to revise and amend the civil code, and to add to it such laws still in force as were not included therein. . Lastly, the first witnesses that claimed Miller committed the offense originally told the police a different story and identified a different person.

Millers attorneys have said they will ask for a speedy trial The Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees all persons accused of criminal wrongdoing the right to a speedy trial. Although this right is derived from the federal Constitution, it has been made applicable to state criminal proceedings through the U.S.  which means it could be as early as 120 days from now that Miller will have his day in court. He is also the uncle of teen american rapper, Lil Romeo and Young V. , Master P, Snoop Dogg, Da Brat, Bizzy Bone and more. ``Tru Dawgs'' will be released on April 30th.
