C-Murder, born Corey Miller, vehemently denies all charges and will enter a plea of not guilty. According to Millers legal defense, the following important facts in regards to this case have been uncovered and, until this time, were not made available to the public: many witnesses who were present on the night of the shooting were interviewed and have confirmed that it was NOT C-Murder they saw fire the gun.
