C-COR Signs Final Agreement to Purchase Lantern Communications; States Purchase Price.

), a global provider of broadband communications transport products, software systems, and technical services, today announced that it has signed the final agreement to acquire all assets and assume certain liabilities of Lantern Communications, Inc., a provider of Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) packet-based transport solutions, for a cash payment of $20 million, subject to certain adjustments.
