In its first national industry show since acquiring Philips Broadband Networks, C-COR.net Corp.(Nasdaq:CCBL) will present the Company's expanded portfolio of metro-core and metro-access network products, operations management software solutions, and advanced technical services at the CCTA (California Cable & Telecommunications Association) Broadband Plus 2002 Show in Anaheim, California, on December 3-6, 2002 (Booth No. 2901).

C-COR's booth theme at this year's show--Broadband Done Right--reflects the Company's legacy of knowledge, experience, and commitment to the broadband cable industry as it approaches its 50th anniversary in 2003. The theme also highlights C-COR's capabilities through the four major phases of a network life cycle: planning, network deployment, service rollout, and system operations. For each phase, C-COR's three divisions, Broadband Communications Products (BCP), Broadband Management Solutions (BMS), and Broadband Network Services (BNS), work together to offer innovative technology and business solutions that provide the network operator with operational and cost benefits, while at the same time enabling the reliable delivery of revenue-generating, triple-play services to subscribers.

-- The DV6000/6400(TM) Fiber Optic Digital Video Transport System including two newly introduced DV interface capabilities--the Ethernet Tributary & Switch Interface Cards, and the Information & Monitoring Interface (IMI) SNMP-based and web-browser capable element management system.

-- C-COR's Element Management System that collects, processes, and displays status information returned by headend and field deployed transponders using a Microsoft(R) client-server architecture and modular applications to accommodate network growth.

solution for pedestal or cabinet-mounted optical nodes used to

-- The Diamond Marquise Node, an 862 MHz, strand or

pedestal-mounted, compact, medium functionality node

supporting two-way operations for cost-effective deployment of

telephony and interactive data services.

that features up to four active RF outputs, each driven by a

high-output gain stage, and that is easily and

cost-effectively upgradeable to C-COR's naviCOR(TM) Quadrant
