STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- C-COR Incorporated (Nasdaq:CCBL), a global provider of interoperable network solutions that simplify the transition to on demand networks, today announced that the Company has completed the sale of its DV6000(R) product line to Newfound Technology Inc., a privately held, Massachusetts-based supplier of electronic hardware, pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated March 7, 2006.
