), a global provider of broadband communications transport products, software systems, and technical services, today announced that it has completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets and certain liabilities of Alopa Networks, Inc., under the terms and conditions of the agreement previously announced on May 11, 2004. California-based Alopa Networks is a provider of subscriber-centric software solutions for end-to-end activation, management, and assurance of digital services over cable.
