C-COR Announces Appointment of New Service Division President.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- C-COR Incorporated (Nasdaq:CCBL), a worldwide provider of broadband transport products, software systems, and technical services, today announced the appointment of David E. Levitan as President of the Company's Broadband Network Services (BNS) division. BNS is one of the nation's largest non-cable operator affiliated technical forces serving the cable industry, providing services in network engineering and design, network integration, outside plant and construction, outsourced operations, and consulting. Mr. Levitan succeeds Paul E. Janson, who has accepted the position of CEO and President of Camiant, Inc. (www.camiant.com), based in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

David Levitan has over 20 years operational management and marketing experience in Fortune 1000 and start-up companies with a successful track record of building businesses, growing sales, and improving profitability. Prior to joining C-COR, Mr. Levitan was Senior Vice President of CableMatrix, Inc., a provider of software solutions for managing quality of service in the delivery of high-speed data over broadband with facilities in the U.S. and Israel. From 1988 through 2002, he served in various general management and marketing positions with Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Scientific-Atlanta's SciCare Broadband Services. Mr. Levitan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is active in community organizations and is a member of SCTE (Society of Cable and Telecommunications Engineers), CTAM (Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing), and the American Israel Chamber of Commerce.
