C-COR APPOINTS DAN FINCH PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

 STATE COLLEGE, Pa., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- C-COR (NASDAQ: CCBL) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard E. Perry has announced the appointment of Daniel W. Finch as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, effective Jan. 1, 1994. In this position, Mr. Finch will report directly to Mr. Perry and will relocate his family to the State College area. Mr. Finch has been President of C-COR/COMLUX, Inc., responsible for general management of that subsidiary, and Vice President of C-COR Electronics, Inc. since January 1992.
 Mr. Perry will continue as Chief Executive Officer and remain active in the management of C-COR as the company continues to take advantage of the many opportunities in the communications marketplace worldwide. Mr. Perry will also continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of C-COR.
 Prior to joining C-COR, Mr. Finch was Director of Sales and Marketing for T-COM Corporation, a manufacturer of digital transmission test sets in Mountain View, California. Prior to that he was Director of Marketing and Sales for Dantel, Inc., of Fresno, California. He has held chief operating officer positions at Westell, Incorporated and at Precision Components. Mr. Finch received his M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago and holds a B.S. in physics from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
