C-3D Digital and Planet X Co-produce New 3D TV Series; Extreme Sports Show Puts C-3D Television and 3D.COM Message into Over 20 Million Homes.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2000

Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX:DDD), doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the world's first 3D television network and 3D Internet media company, and Planet X Studios, a division of Planet XYZ, LLC, announced today an agreement to co-produce a new spin-off television series to be called "Planet X3" (pronounced "Planet X Cubed").

The deal includes promotional air time which will be used to advertise C-3D Television, Planet X3 and 3D.COM, C-3D's web portal. The pilot for the series will be shown in 3D in a multi-city tour of college campuses. An ongoing series is planned to follow the initial pilot.

"'X Cubed' will put Planet X into the new century of television technology with eye popping visuals of action and extreme sports in true stereoscopic 3D. Planet X3 will also be packaged as a unique home video and DVD product to be released nationally this summer under a revenue sharing arrangement between the companies.
