:HIT), the world leader in broadcast television technologies, announced today the development of the next generation C3DVision stereo camera A stereo camera is a type of camera with two or more lenses. This allows the camera to simulate human binocular vision, and therefore gives it the ability to capture 3-D Images, a process known as stereo photography.  incorporating Hitachi technology.

 camera, dubbed the "C3DVision HT," uses two Hitachi HV-D27 three-CCD chip digital video camera heads, combined with the proprietary C3DVision tracking system. The development team was lead by Ken Robings, C-3D Digital's Academy Award" winning camera designer.

The C3DVision stereoscopic camera creates the most vivid 3D effect yet. The camera system is currently scheduled for use in the production of C-3D Television Network's "Apartment 51", "The Living Room", "The Edge" and the recently announced "Planet X3" television series.
