C-3D Digital Signs Fox and New Line Cinema for Hotel Movie Network;-- HMN Deal Gains Access to First Run Films --.

Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX:DDD), doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the world's first 3D television network and 3D Internet media company, and the Hotel Movie Network (HMN), C-3D's private television network dedicated to offering new video experiences, announced agreements with Twentieth Century Fox (NYSE: FOX) and Time-Warner's New Line Cinema (NYSE: TWX) to include the companies' first run movies on HMN.

The agreements will significantly increase the available offerings to guests. Hits such as "Entrapment", "Lake Placid" and "A Mid Summers Night Dream" are among the movies to be added to the HMN line-up. The announcement comes on the heels of HMN's expansion through the acquisition of the Capital Associates properties and is expected to help fuel the continued double-digit growth of HMN.
