It moved indoors to its present location in the Wall Street area in 1921. ("Amex" or "Exchange") indicating that its Staff has determined that the Company has fallen below additional continued listing standards under (i) Section 1002(d), Section 1002(e), Section 1003(d) and Section 1101 of the Amex Company Guide, which among other things, require listed companies listed company n → compañía cotizable listed company n → société cotée en Bourse listed company list n → to timely file periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Exchange.
