Chequemate International Inc., (AMEX: DDD) d/b/a C-3D Digital Inc., announced today, that it has appointed Mr. Chandos Mahon, as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Mahon brings more than 20 years of experience in the television broadcast, film and telecommunications industries with expertise in management, production, programming, operations, finance, sales and marketing.

Mr. Mahon is the founding partner and has been serving as the President/CEO of Programming Services, Inc. (PSI), a successful satellite programming and telecommunications company. PSI's primary business is the development and resource support of emerging programming networks and technologies.

Prior to PSI, Mr. Mahon was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Network One (N1), a 24 CABLE & BROADCAST NETWORK. As Executive VP at N1 Mr. Mahon was responsible for creation, implementation and management of the entire business plan.

Prior to joining N1, Mr. Mahon worked in various executive roles with CBS Productions, Columbia Pictures Television and Imagine Films, where he supervised features and television production both nationally and internationally. Mr. Mahon has over 20 major production credits to his name.
