C-3D Announces System-Wide Roll-Out with Cable Partner Vision Comm; C-3D/I-O Display Systems Equipment to be Installed in Subscribers' Homes.

Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX:DDD), doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the world's first 3D television and Internet media company that provides 3D entertainment through innovative technology, Wednesday announced a broad-based subscriber launch with cable system partner Vision Comm.

Vision Comm, which operates cable systems in Texas, Missouri, and Michigan, has committed to providing the C-3D Television Network and viewing equipment to its subscribers. The equipment will be provided by C-3D's manufacturing partner I/O Displays Systems which is a joint venture between Ilixco and Liberty Media, (formerly a subsidiary of TCI which recently merged with AT&T Corp. -- NYSE:T). The initial roll-out will begin in October.
