C&W team seals 3 office leases.

The Cushman & Wakefield broker team of Andrew Merin, senior director, Norman Baker, senior director, and Walter Schoenberg have negotiated three separate office lease transactions, totalling over 18,600 square feet of space.

Broadcast Music Inc., a national music licensing firm, has signed a five year lease to occupy 8,850 square feet on the second floor of Tri-Parkway Corporate Park's Building #3 at 200 Schultz Drive in Red Bank, New Jersey, according to Merin, Baker and Schoenberg, the Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team that represented the tenant in this transaction. The firm will use the space as a regional office and noted the park's easy access to the Garden State Parkway as a primary reason for the relocation.

In a separate transaction, Arquest, Inc., a private label diaper company, signed a five year lease for 5,131 square feet at the Matrix Development Group's 101 Interchange Plaza in Monroe Township, New Jersey, according to Baker, Merin, Schoenberg, Peter Hamburger, associate director, and Bradford Fenlon, associate director, the Cushman & Wakefield brokers who represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.

Arquest Inc., a new company formed from the purchase of a division of Chicapee, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, will use the space as its corporate headquarters. The lease has an aggregate rental value in excess of $400,000.

In the final transaction, CSF Corporation, a computer consulting firm, signed a five-year lease for 4,700 square feet of space at The Tower, a 228,000-square-foot office building on Davidson Avenue in Somerset, New Jersey. The firm will use the space as a corporate headquarters, according to Baker, Merin and Schoenberg, who represented the tenant in the transaction. The computer consulting firm is relocating from 100 Franklin Square in Franklin and noted the proximity of the building to their client base as a primary reason in their decision.
