C&W tapped to sell prime retail site on Route 17.


The Jordon Tire building located at 250 Route 17 in East Rutherford Rutherford (rŭth`ərfərd), borough (1990 pop. 17,790), Bergen co., NE N.J., a residential suburb of the New York City–N New Jersey metropolitan area; inc. 1881. Several pre-Revolutionary houses remain there.  is being offered for sale in a rare opportunity to purchase a prime retail site in this extremely tight corridor, announced Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

The approximately one-acre property includes 254 feet of highway frontage at the intersection of Route 17 and East Union Avenue.
