C&W tapped to sell prime retail site on Route 17.

The Jordon Tire building located at 250 Route 17 in East Rutherford is being offered for sale in a rare opportunity to purchase a prime retail site in this extremely tight corridor, announced Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

The approximately one-acre property includes 254 feet of highway frontage at the intersection of Route 17 and East Union Avenue.

Cushman & Wakefield retail specialists Justin Stein and Michael Stone of the firm's Midtown Manhattan headquarters are heading marketing efforts for the property, along with Stan Danzig and Jules Nissim of the firm's East Rutherford, N.J., office.
