Built in 1970 by UST, with an addition added in 1982, 100 West Putnam Avenue contains four stories of office space over covered parking on 2.74 acres. Featuring spectacular water views, 100 West Putnam Avenue is located in close proximity to the Greenwich railroad railroad or railway, form of transportation most commonly consisting of steel rails, called tracks, on which freight cars, passenger cars, and other rolling stock are drawn by one locomotive or more.  station and Exit 3 off I-95, and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shopping on Greenwich Avenue. The property, which also features two smaller adjacent structures with office space, has undergone substantial upgrades and renovations over the last five years.
