C&W tapped for premier downtown assignment.

JEMB Realty Corp. identified Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent for 150 Broadway and 75 Broad Street, two premier Downtown Manhattan office buildings. Joseph Jerome, principal of JEMB Realty, made the announcement.

Since its purchase in 1999, JEMB has invested over $35 million in 75 Broad. The intensive repositioning efforts of 75 Broad Street have made it the ideal location for a variety of uses, including corporate, mission critical and government offices.
