C&W sells 1 Century Tower.


Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut acted as the exclusive agent for Collin Equities in the sale of One Century Tower, a 170,000-square-foot office condominium located at 265 Church Street in New Haven New Haven, city (1990 pop. 130,474), New Haven co., S Conn., a port of entry where the Quinnipiac and other small rivers enter Long Island Sound; inc. 1784. Firearms and ammunition, clocks and watches, tools, rubber and paper products, and textiles are among the many , Connecticut. Thomas J. O Leary was the Cushman & Wakefield broker representing the owner, Collin Equities in the transaction. The purchaser, Century Tower Corporation, represented themselves.
