In his new position, Mr. Costabile will be responsible for providing owners of commercial poperrty with an integrated approach to the servicing of their real estate. The services include property management, leasing, constuction consulting, financial consulting and sales. Costabile's unit will initially concentrate on serving clients in the greater New York metropolitan area, and as necessary utilize Cushman & Wakefield's national and international network. Cushman & Wakefield maintains joint initiatives with real estate firms in Europe, Mexico and Canada.
