C&W selects leaders for new 'strategic' unit.


Joseph G.. Costabile, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., has been appointed had of the new strategic agency services unit in the New York metropolitan area New York–Northern New Jersey–Long Island is the most populous metropolitan area in the United States and the third most populous in the world, after Tokyo and Mexico City.  at the firm. Suzy A. Reingold has been named managing director of the unit.

In his new position, Mr. Costabile will be responsible for providing owners of commercial poperrty with an integrated approach to the servicing of their real estate. The services include property management, leasing, constuction consulting, financial consulting and sales.

Costabile's unit will initially concentrate on serving clients in the greater New York metropolitan area, and as necessary utilize Cushman & Wakefield's national and international network. Cushman & Wakefield maintains joint initiatives with real estate firms in Europe, Mexico and Canada.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Reingold had served at Shorenstein Co., Related Properties Corp., Mendik Realty realty n. a short form of "real estate." (See: real estate)
