C&W sees strong turnout for former CNA HQ.

, purchased the Class A office building last fall from CNA. Since then, the firm has spruced up the landscaping to increase the building's visibility and aesthetically enhance the property. Additional exterior work is planned for the spring, with interior updates to commence with tenant commitments.

Zwang, who is heading the 3501 Route 66 marketing team, noted that the building's distinction as one of only a few large blocks of available Class A space in Monmouth County was a main factor in the open house drawing such strong attendance. Located on 50 acres at the junction of Routes 66, 35 and 33, the property includes two interconnected, three-story buildings housing 105,000 and 80,000 s/f. Units are available from 12,000 s/f.

Tenants will benefit from existing onsite amenities, including a full-service cafeteria cafeteria: see restaurant. , full conference facilities and ample parking. 3501 Route 66 had been beautifully maintained by CNA.
