Since then, the firm has spruced up the landscaping to increase the building's visibility and aesthetically enhance the property. Additional exterior work is planned for the spring, with interior updates to commence with tenant commitments. "The building shows beautifully," noted Cushman & Wakefield's David Zwang, a Monmouth County leasing specialist based at the firm's Morristown office. Located on 50 acres at the junction of Routes 66, 35 and 33, the property includes two interconnected, three-story buildings housing 105,000 and 80,000 s/f. Units are available from 12,000 s/f.
