The team's volume of transactions totaled approximately $631 million. This represented 47.4% of office investment sales closed last year in the Northern New Jersey market. Merin anticipates that the group will continue to dominate the New Jersey office investment sales market in 2005, based on the team's first quarter activity. By mid-March, the group closed approximately $350 million worth of transactions in Northern and Central New Jersey office sales.
