C&W offering new property tax service.

Cushman & Wakefield announced it has become the first real estate services firm to develop an approach to managing property tax liabilities for large corporate and institutional property owners that integrates technology, valuation and legal expertise into one solution.

Executive managing director Frank Liantonio said the firm has taken a three-pronged approach to providing property tax services integrating:

* Web-enabled property tax software from ePropertyTax, Inc.

* Property valuation expertise from Cushman & Wakefield and

* Legal strategy and advice from local tax counsel, through an association Cushman & Wakefield has with a network of tax attorneys.

Cushman & Wakefield's nation commitment to the business came in the form of an investment in ePropertyTax, the developer of Property Tax Office, the first and only Web-enabled property tax management system, in early 2001. ePropertyTax received additional funding earlier this year from Constellation Constellation, ship
