The law firm, which is relocating from Route 35, Middletown, New Jersey, will use the space for its headquarter facilities. The firm leased the entire third floor and a portion of the second floor of the building and will be relocating to the new space in July ot 1992.

"The prestigious image of the Lincroft Office Center and the ideal location of the building adjacent to the Garden State Parkway made the decision to lease this space an easy one," said Frank R. Ciesla, a partner of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesia. "The opportunity to expand our headquarters facility within the building also played a role in our decision making process."

Lincroft Office Center is situated at Exit 109 of the Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The 100,000-square- foot building is owned by Atlantic Realty Development Corporation of Woodbridge, New Jersey. Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
