C&W names top 10 brokers.


Cushman & Wakefield announced its Top 10 Producers in the nation based on transactions completed in 2001. The company employs more than 850 brokerage professionals in 56 offices throughout the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. Matthew R. Astrachan is a senior director in C&W's midtown Manhattan office. With more than 10 years in the real estate industry, he specializes in leasing and sales transactions in the metropolitan area and nationally, and his achievements have already positioned him as one of the leading brokers in the nation. Astrachan has been involved in many of C&W's largest tenant representation assignments since joining the firm in 1997.

Donnelly, executive vice president, joined C&W as a broker in 1979 and opened the company's Parsippany office in 1984. He has been the number one leasing broker in New Jersey for more than 10 years and consistently ranks among the company's Top 10 brokers nationwide.
