C&W names Don Eisen top branch manager.


Donald P. Eisen, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc., has been named Cushman & Wakefield's 1992 Branch Manager of the Year. The announcement was made by Anthony Sirianni, Cushman & Wakefield's chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

. Eisen previously received the Branch Manager of the Year Award In Major League Baseball, the Manager of the Year Award is an honor given annually since 1983 to the best managers in the American and National Leagues.

The award is voted on by 28 members of the Baseball Writers Association of America.

Vanderslice, executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield's eastern region. "His branch offices have consistently been among Cushman & Wakefield's top in terms of performance. Eisen, is a renown authority and speaker on New Jersey's commercial and industrial real estate markets. Before assuming his present position in 1984., he was the manager of Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey Industrial Technology Group. In this capacity, he received Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Broker of the Year award. During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Eisen has represented numerous prestigious clients, including the Singer Company and Warner Lambert.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Eisen served as an independent real estate developer. He was previously a vice president at the Schlesinger Company where he worked for more than 15 years.
