Cushman & Wakefield announced it has been awarded the exclusive office leasing agency for Trump Tower Trump Tower
Trump Tower is the name used for several skyscrapers owned and operated by real estate magnate Donald Trump. Each of these skyscrapers is predominantly composed of residential condominiums and found in major cities.

Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professionals Paul Glickman and Jared Horowitz, and Diana Biasotti of the firm's Strategic Agency Services Group, will be marketing the available space on behalf of The Trump Organization The Trump Organization is the primary company of Donald Trump, a prominent American real estate developer. Trump is the current CEO of the company. The company oversees nearly all of the business development interests of Donald Trump, such as real estate, hotels, golf clubs, etc.  and working in conjunction with Jeff Lichtenberg, a consultant with the Trump Organization.

"Trump Tower is one of the most well-known and most desirable addresses in corporate America," said Glickman, an executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield.

The available space at Trump Tower includes the entire 19th to 23rd floors, a contiguous block of 72,000 s/f with individual floors of 14,256 s/f each. The building features concierge-level services with flexible floor plates that include floor-to-ceiling glass, nine-foot finished ceilings and 13 corner offices on each floor.

Trump Tower is a 58-story, mixed-used building located on the northeast corner of 56th Street. The building includes residences, office and retail space, in addition to a public atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The Roman atrium was an unroofed or partially roofed area with rooms opening from it.  with shops, cafes and a pedestrian bridge that crosses over a waterfall waterfall, a sudden unsupported drop in a stream. It is formed when the stream course is interrupted as when a stream passes over a layer of harder rock—often igneous—to an area of softer and therefore more easily eroded rock; the edge of a cliff or  pool.

 is at a minimum, especially space of this caliber," said Horowitz, a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. "With such a high-end product, we are receiving a great deal of interest in the available space at Trump Tower."

At the end of November, the direct vacancy rate for class-A buildings in Midtown was less than 4.3 percent.
