C&W lands 10,000 s/f Park Avenue exclusive.


Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the exclusive leasing agency of 10,000 s/f of premier retail space at 360 Park Ave., located on the northwest corner of East 52nd Street in the Plaza District.

Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professionals Gene P. Spiegelman and Robert F.R. Ballard will be marketing the available space on behalf of the landlord.

"Park Avenue continues to prevail as one of New York New York, state, United States
