C&W has flex appeal in Stamford.

Cushman & Wakefield announced its appointment as exclusive leasing agent to 300 Stillwater Avenue, a 150,000 s/d office and industrial property located just off of 1-95 in Stamford.

Cushman & Wakefield's Sal Buono SIOR will serve as the exclusive leasing agent representing the property's ownership, Stillwater Partners, LLC and Spin Water, LLC.

Up to 65,000 s/f of warehouse/distribution and office space are available. The building is currently leased to ACMI, a leading international producer of endoscopes and video systems, and BKM, an office furniture supplier.

The announcement comes following the completion of the sale of the property to the new ownership, a joint venture between affiliates of the Spinnaker Companies and Steven Wise Associates, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group represented the seller, Stillwater Associates and procured the purchaser, in the transaction.

"The property is ideal for companies with flex-space needs," said Mr. Buono.

"The space can easily be subdivided for multiple tenants and the location is ideal being so proximate to Exit 6 off of I-95.
