C&W handles Melville lease.

Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield recently announced that DealerTrack, Inc., which operates North America's leading online auto finance platform, has signed a long-term lease for 40,000 s/f at i.park in Lake Success, N.Y.

DealerTrack will relocate its headquarters from 105 Maxess Road in Melville to i.park, located at 1111 Marcus Ave. The property is jointly owned by Apollo Real Estate and National RE/ Sources, of Greenwich, Conn.

David C. Leviton, Cushman & Wakefield's senior director, and Jeanine Lanza, of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, represented the landlord in the transaction. Robert Guido and Robin Miller, of Real Estate Strategies, represented the tenant.

"DealerTrack has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and required a prime location that would provide plenty of room for further expansion," said Mr. Leviton.
