C&W gets exclusive on IBM Franklin Lakes Park.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as exclusive agent for the sale or lease of International Business Machines' Franklin Lakes Corporate Park, a premier office campus in Bergen County, NJ.

According to Cushman & Wakefield Director J. Thomas Glerum, the 675,000 square-foot building represents one of the largest blocks of first quality office space currently available in the metropolitan New York market.
