), the largest professional body for property, land, construction and related environmental issues worldwide.

With the FRICS designation, Messrs. Liantonio and Corcoran, executive vice presidents of Cushman & Wakefield, join an elite corps of individuals who represent only a fraction of one percent of the 110,000 global members of RICS. Through a unique agreement with the U.S.-based Counselors of Real Estate organization, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors invites only select members through its "Eminent Practitioner" route.

According to Mr. Liantonio, the honor recognizes the level of professionalism with which he and Mr. Corcoran have conducted their careers in commercial real estate, as well as the global nature of their more than 30-year practice.

"Brian and I have benefited greatly from the global growth of Cushman & Wakefield over the course of our careers," Mr. Liantonio said. "This recognition by the London Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a true honor, in large part because of the exclusivity of this group of worldwide practitioners who are designated as fellows."

Mr. Corcoran echoed Mr. Liantonio's sentiments, adding, "Our practice has been built around the idea of offering exceptional appraisal and valuation service, founded on integrity. This designation, to me, represents equally our commitment to clients and the size and scope of our practice today."

Mr. Liantonio has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1981. In January 2004 he became co-head of the firm's Capital Markets Group focusing on business development and integration of the group's related business activities. Mr. Liantonio is a member of the Board of Directors, serves on the firm's Compensation Committee and sits on the Board of Cushman & Wakefield Securities Inc.

Mr. Liantonio has been awarded numerous industry and company awards, including the 1985 Francis Corcoran Appraisal Manager of the Year, the 2001 International Deal of the Year, the 2003 Northern California Deal of the Year, the 2004 Cushman & Wakefield's Charles E. Griffin Most Valuable Player and the 2004 Cushman & Wakefield's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Area Most Ingenious Deal of the Year.

Mr. Liantonio received his bachelor's in economics from Marist College. An active member of the American Cancer Society American Cancer Society,
n.pr established in 1913, this national volunteer-based health organization is committed to the elimination of cancer through prevention and treatment and to diminishing cancer suffering through advocacy, scholarship, research,
 for more than 25 years, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society's Eastern Division.

Mr. Corcoran has also been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1981 and is a member of the Board of Directors. He now heads the firm's Valuation Services within its Capital Markets Group and serves as Chairman of the Facilities Review Committee, which makes recommendations concerning all of the company's leased facilities.

Mr. Corcoran has received various awards, including the 1991 Robert T. Lawrence Memorial Award, Cushman & Wakefield's 1989 Deal of the Year, the 2000 Person of the Year Award from the Metro politan New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the 2002 Louise Lee and Y.T. Lum n. 1. A chimney.
