Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut (C&W) is pleased to announce the following two transactions in Hartford, Connecticut “Hartford” redirects here. For other uses, see Hartford (disambiguation).

Hartford is the capital of the State of Connecticut. It is located in Hartford County on the Connecticut River, north of the center of the state.

Southern New England Telephone The Southern New England Telephone Company (commonly referred to as SNET by its customers) started operations on January 27, 1878 as the District Telephone Company of New Haven. It was the founder of the first telephone exchange, as well as the world's first telephone book.  signed a lease for 46,988 square feet at One Corporate Center in Hartford, Connecticut.

Barbara Ginsberg and Alan Langridge of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner of the building, Olympia & York Inc. and Chase Enterprises in negotiations.

Alderman ALDERMAN. An officer, generally appointed or elected in towns corporate, or cities, possessing various powers in different places.
     2. The aldermen of the cities of Pennsylvania, possess all the powers and jurisdictions civil and criminal of justices of the
 & Alderman, a law firm, signed a long term lease for 1,511 square feet. The firm is opening an office at One Corporate Center in Hartford, Connecticut. This site was chosen because of its downtown location.

  • Robert Kelly, a U.S. naval officer during World War II.
  • Robert Kelly, a U.S. Army intelligence officer.
  • Robert Kelly (1935- ), a poet.
  • Robert Kelker-Kelly (1964- ), a soap opera actor.
 of Cushman & Wakefield represented both sides in the transaction.
