C&W's New Jersey growth continues with move to Morristown premises.


Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has relocated its Morris County office from Parsippany to 8,000 s/f at Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, announced Robert Donnelly, vice chairman.

The move represents an expansion for the real estate services firm, which has maintained a regional presence in Parsippany since 1984.

"Our significant growth mandated larger accommodations," said Donnelly, who represented Cushman & Wakefield in the lease transaction and has served as exclusive marketing agent for Headquarters Plaza since its construction in the early 1980s.
