C& W expands in White Plains.

Cushman & Wakefield has announced that it will increase its presence in White Plains, through a lease expansion at 120 White Plains Road.

Cushman & Wakefield opened the White Plains office in 2001 after previously servicing the market through its Stamford office. The firm will more than double the amount of space it occupies at 120 White Plains Road.

"While most other real estate services firms have consolidated their Westchester County offices into Connecticut, Cushman & Wakefield has grown and expanded in this market, " said Jim Fagan, senior managing director and head of the Westchester and Fairfield County region for Cushman & Wakefield. "Leasing, investment sales, and appraisal activity have grown enormously in Westchester County in the last year alone; the timing is perfect to continue to build on our presence in White Plains."

Cushman & Wakefield will move from the first to the 4th floor of the 150,000 square foot building, which is owned by RPW Group.
