ByteTools' Catapult Probe Supports Tensilica's Processors.


SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- ByteTools and Tensilica[R], Inc. today announced that ByteTools' Catapult JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) An IEEE standard for boundary scan technology. See scan technology.
