 BB:SKYN) (Skynet), a provider of global, time-sensitive delivery services, announced Thursday that Byron Hogue has joined the board of directors as chairman, succeeding Chris Weber Chris Weber is a rock musician born in Los Angeles, California on October 16, 1966. He was a founding member of Hollywood Rose along with Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin. Rose and Stradlin would later form Guns N' Roses. , who will remain a member of the company's board.

) from 1973 to 1992, including Vice President - Global Operations. Between 1992 and 1995, he was involved in a number of projects with the Sam Walton family. Subsequently, he has been active in personal business affairs.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas The University of Arkansas strives to be known as a "nationally competitive, student-centered research university serving Arkansas and the world."
