NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--July 26, 2001

The recently erupted feud between the "hats and the rappers" geared up a notch today when Tracy Byrd Tracy Byrd may refer to:
  • Tracy Byrd (boxer), the female boxer, or
  • Tracy Byrd (musician), the male country music singer.
 issued a statement in response to the comments of new musical group, "Southern Rap Commission" on Byrd's latest hit single with duet partner, Mark Chesnutt The introduction of this article is too short.
To comply with Wikipedia's lead section guidelines, it should be expanded.
 "That's A Good Way To Get On My Bad Side." The song makes mention of the fact that "there oughta be a law against cowboy rap."
