Bypassing Network Adapter of Xbox Live - Wired No More?

Many people today, especially the kids, are going crazy over the new game consoles that are starting to become more popular and popular these days. One of these consoles is the Xbox 360. Right now, what kids are truly going after the Xbox 360 console is its ability to connect to the Internet using the actual console through a site called Xbox Live. The manner in which people already got used to is by connecting to Xbox Live through the use of a network adapter which allows you to share your desktop computer''s Internet connection to the Xbox 360 console. So the question that most people are asking is if bypassing network adapter of Xbox Live will still allow users to connect to it through an alternative method. Believe it or not, it is actually possible.

You might be thinking how bypassing network adapter of Xbox Live can still allow the users to connect to the Internet. Here are the set of instructions that users can follow. First, the user must go to the ''Control Panel'' menu in Windows XP and then click the icon for ''System.'' When the System window already appears look for the tab for ''Hardware'' and then click it. Under the Device Manager portion, click on the button that also contains the label ''Device Manager." When you have already done this, a list of all the devices in your computer will appear. Now look for ''Network Adapters'' and then right click on the net adapter that is registered in your computer; click ''Properties'' on the menu that will appear after you have right-clicked the net adapter. When you have clicked ''Properties,'' a new window will appear and then you have to look for a drop-down menu. When you have already found the menu, click on ''Do not use this device'' and click ''OK.'' Now you will be diverted back to the list of all the hardware in your computer. This time, click on ''Universal Serial Bus controllers'' and right-click on ''USB Root hub.'' When you have already decided on bypassing network adapter of Xbox Live and just opted for the wireless adapter, this is where you will go to enable your device.

Now that you have found out that it is actually possible to connect to the Internet even after bypassing network adapter of Xbox Live, it is solely up to you to choose whichever you think will be best for you and everyone else in your home. It is just a matter of judgment on which of the two adapters will best be suitable for your preference. If it is the regular network adapter then it is your decision to make. On the other hand, if you feel that bypassing network adapter of Xbox Live is what''s best for you, then you should pursue it right away. It is still advisable though to always ask help and assistance from professionals in networking so that you will be sure that nothing bad will happen and that this wireless network of yours will work properly at all times.
