Rationale: The 2003 ADAA House of Delegates House of Delegates n. The lower house of the state legislature in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. directed the Council to prepare a proposed bylaws amendment that would provide for the ADAA Journal at no cost to retired life members. |
