Bye-Bye Bennigan's

If you've eaten at Bennigan's on University in the last month you may have noticed something is missing -- namely, managing partner Victor Bulloch. Bulloch had been with the chain 17 years and helped open the Little Rock hot spot 10 years ago.

We heard some fellow employees shed tears after the announcement of Bulloch's departure and some regular customers were so upset they called the corporate office in Dallas. "That really makes me feel good," says Bulloch, who is now in food brokerage sales with River City Sales Co.

Both Bulloch and Bennigan's are expressing the obligatory sentiments: "We ended the relationship on good terms," etc.
