ByAllAccounts Introduces First of Its Kind AdvisorAlert; WebPortfolio Version 2.1 Offers Comprehensive Upgrades & Industry Firsts.

Business/Technology Editors

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2002

ByAllAccounts, Inc., provider of technology designed to grow assets for financial advisors, today announced the release of WebPortfolio 2.1, a Web-based business development solution featuring AdvisorAlert(R). The new feature is the first of its kind to offer email alerts informing financial advisors when business development opportunities arise within a client's entire portfolio. Since ByAllAccounts monitors both captive captive

and non-captive investment information, the advisor is informed of changes and opportunities across all of the client's holdings.

WebPortfolio's AdvisorAlert is easily customizable, ensuring that the advisor is always the first to know when a change takes place, eliminating potential for "after the fact" surprises or lost opportunities. For example, alerts notify the advisor when the client deposits, withdraws or transfers a significant amount of money, when a portfolio(s) reaches a certain goal, or if the client is overexposed o·ver·ex·pose

Other enhancements of the new WebPortfolio 2.1 address institutional issues by offering a compliance friendly method for PIN entry, artificial intelligence processing to improve the recognition of fixed income securities, a direct data feed for loading back office data into WebPortfolio, and by enhancing private label functionality and facilitating external interfaces.
