HOUSTON & BEIJING & BANGKOK Bangkok (băng`kŏk'), Thai Krung Thep, city (1990 pop. 8,538,610), capital of Thailand and of Bangkok prov., SW Thailand, on the east bank of the Chao Phraya River, near the Gulf of Thailand. , Thailand -- Buzz Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BZTG) has announced it will form an Audit Committee to deal with a number of issues.

 Panitan Santipet, Huang Haibo, Steve Jenkins Steve Jenkins (born July 16, 1972 in Merthyr Tydfil is a Wales international football player. A full-back, he attained 16 Welsh caps.

The Committee will be charged with organizing the first Audit of the company, establishing the User Driven Content Payment system and developing a remote site reporting system to deal with the various currencies income is derived in.

The Audit Committee will also seek valuations on IP and look at the accounting for research and development which has been expensed so far in the company accounts.
